Hex Perk Ideas

So while I don't play much killer, I don't like that if your hex perk gets destroyed your essentially playing with one less perk (or more if you're totem happy). Especially when I have personally spawned on someone's Ruin a lot. So I was wondering what if hex perks had an active and passive ability so to speak. Both would be affecting survivors while the totem is up, but if it gets destroyed only the passive affect remains. That way they didn't waste a perk slot if it gets destroyed so quickly.

For example (some ideas I had):

Hex: Huntress Lullaby

  • Active: Reduction/Removal of the audio warning before skill checks
  • Passive: The extra penalty for missing a skill check

Hex: No One Escapes Death

  • Active: One Hit Down (tier 3); Decreased Cool-down on attacks
  • Passive: Speed boost (or swap with the decreased cool-down)

Hex: Thrill of the Hunt

  • Active: Slowing cleansing speed
  • Passive: Alerting you to when a survivor starts cleansing a hex totem (or swap the active/passive)

I have no idea what you'd do for Ruin, Devour Hope, and the Third Seal, but I feel like it wouldn't be such a waste when your totem spawns on the other side of the map in front of a survivor.
