Is twins still receiving a rework??

I saw the roadmap during the anniversary stream and I saw no mention of a twins rework but only a skin, are they still getting a rework? If so is there an eta?

    No eta and no, we only have the word of a dev from over a year ago who in the meantime left the company (former lead game designer)
