Being shot by Deathslinger should be shown in the survivor HUD

Currently, when someone is shot by him the chase indicator disappears, so unless you're nearby and can hear it, you have no idea if it was a hit or a miss.
So I think that struggling against the chain should be shown as a killer interaction on the survivor status HUD, like when disarming a beartrap or using a vaccine.

Why would that matter? You learn if it’s a hit or miss in seconds…. Either they get injured / downed or they don’t.
