Flashbang not working- third times a charm

Still not working, has not been addressed since I put in two bug reports, if anything I've been gaslit saying there are no bug reports on this. I'm getting very agitated you guys aren't fixing this. I want a refund for the perk not working but the issue is then I won't have that dlc anymore but I like using bite the bullet. Just because it's not affecting everyone doesn't mean it's not important. I'm very upset and frustrated right now with this situation.

Step 1 : bought Leon for flashbang


Step 2 : won't bring items in trial or pick any up


Step 3 : do enough gen progress to activate the perk


Step 4 : hide in locker


Step 5 : doesn't give the secondary action prompt
