Sloppy Butcher's Rework

I know this has likely been brought up before, but...

The Buff to Sloppy Butcher is just... stupid. It makes no sense.

Why would stopping a heal before it is completely done remove all healing done to that point and act like you screwed up the healing? This needs to be removed. Its just wrong. It doesn't make any sense... In real life or the game. It is an unneeded Buff that needs to be removed. Sloppy butcher makes it harder for Survivors to heal, by making it take longer... This is well enough. Just because the healing doesn't finish, shouldn't do anything.

It was a buff to Haemorrhage, not to Sloppy Butcher, and it makes a lot more sense considering what that word means. It's also a buff to what was once a useless status effect, that makes it actually quite useful but only if you're actively pressuring survivors.

If survivors are safe and able to heal all the way, the buff does nothing. If there's a risk of your heal being interrupted, the buff is meant to make you think twice about starting it.

It was a buff to Hem, not to Sloppy.

All Sloppy does is increase the 7% per sec regression to 8.75% per sec.

If your heal gets interrupted, the killer is pressuring you. It's a status effect that requires the killer to be proactive to get value. This is perfectly fine.

If a killer repeatedly interrupts your heals, you may want to rethink where/when you're healing.

So what would you propose hemmorhage do then? Be absolutely useless again? Imo I like the design of it, it does exactly what you'd think it would do for a heavy bleed effect
