is this perk build for survivor good?

Honestly you can drop Iron Will, killers with headphones will still hear you with it and it doesn't work when you're exhausted from Lithe.
I mean if you keep it it's still a fine build, but you could switch it out for an other perk. Here's some suggestions:
I'm assuming with kindred + we'll make it that you like going for unhooks, so maybe Reassurance or BT would fit nicely considering camping & tunneling are currently common
If you're scared of staying injured and that's why you use Iron Will you could take a self-heal perk (inner healing over self-care please).
Or you could replace it with other perks that are always a good pick: Adrenaline, Windows of Opportunity, Unbreakable, Prove Thyself

yes i made this build to be a bit of everything, having a good escape option + unhooking teammates while also seeing their auras and them seeing mine when im on the hook + okayish survivability.
ill most likely replace it with Prove Thyself, or Adrenaline. its sad seeing Iron Will in its state rn ever since they basically trashed it

I recommend trying different builds and seeing what works out for you. There were a lot of perks that didn’t sound good to me when I first started playing but then came to realize they had great value. Unfortunately, I can never run Self-Care without Botany Knowledge so I wouldn’t recommend it. Have you tried trying to complement them? If Lithe is a go to perk you could try Vigil as it will help you recover faster and Quick & Quiet + Lightweight will make no noise when vaulting (in case the killer doesn’t have line of sight) and make scratch marks appear less so they’ll have a harder time keeping on you. Botany Knowledge can be great with We’ll Make It for a super speed boost.

Drop trash iron will and use bite the bullet instead, it does alot of things. Medkit/self caring= you silence heal yourself if your injured (it even mutes those annoying bandage sounds when healing). You silence other people + yourself if your injured and heal the other person in silence if you decide to heal them firstbe fore yourself. Its a nice counter to doctors/weskers who love to run clown anti heal perk with unnerved presence so even if you fail the heal skill check a 1% and no notification given to the killer. It mutes a dying team mate who was left slug the ground. The perk sync well any healing speed perk which is nice with your we will make it if the killer comes back to the hook immediately and you have lil time to maybe move a few steps away and begin a quick heal before being chased/tunneled again.
Finally what is interesting is that if you and another person is healing one person and say the second person fail a heal skill check on who ur both healing it still will nullify the fail heal skill check notification to alert the killer. A pity though its only weakness is that your gonna groan if your being heal by someone, would be nice if its buffed that your muted if someone heals you too. You can try overcome + calm spirit+lucky break and bite the bullet for a nasty get away move then slap on your med kit when your far away, not sure however if it will work though on OP spirit.
