Pinhead Environmental Chains

Please make it so when someone picks up the box, the chains stop hitting that person for at least 5 seconds.... PLEASE. It doesn't happen all the time... but a lot of the time (50% or more), I pick up the box, trying to time it right, and start opening it... but I CAN"T... Because stupid environmental chains are STILL spawning and attacking me. Environmental chains that spawned after I picked up and started opening the box.

Now, I am not a fan of Pinhead in general... As a lot of people say, he is one of the most annoying Killers introduced in DBD... but if you can just do this ONE thing... that I believe is a bug anyways... please fix this bug... give the box picker-upper at least 5 seconds before they get annoyed and interrupted with environmental chains... and yah... if they are trying to open the box, no chains should be spawning at them... all of this just makes sense... I believe this is the way its supposed to be.... but its not.. at least not all the time. So, maybe its a bug.. who knows. Please just fix this.. Implement better coding to make sure this doesn't happen anymore.

    When there's a chain hunt, the survivor with the Lament's Configuration will be attacked by three chains spawning one after another. Don't solve the box immediately, keep track of the chains while dodging them, and after you successfully dodged 3 of them you're good to go.

    I think this mechanic is balanced and it's super easy to dodge the 3 chains when you're aware of this, but the fact that there's no official information or loading screen tip about this is absolutely unfair to every survivor player who doesn't look up these things willingly. They should just start giving more detailed tips and informations about killers' powers in-game, either on the killers' pages or in a new section on the tutorial section. I feel like almost nobody would hate killers like Pinhead if only BHVR made these informations easily accessible to everybody in-game.

    I genuinely don't get why you can't just do the box even while hit by environmental chains. Chains sent directly by Pinhead could still interrupt, but Chain Hunt chains would not. Kind of like how you can still open an exit gate while chained, right?

    I think a lot of Pinheads kills comes from people not being able to do the damn box because of those annoying chains, but he's just a noobstomper in general.
