PC - Blight Visual Bug (Always in rush)

During one of my matches as the killer, I got a bug that gave me the appearance that I was always in Rush, I messed around in customs for a bit and I could not find out how I started it, It could have something to do with Public matches but I thought It was essential to bring this to your attention
I have a screenshot of the bug and I thought maybe you would notice something I did not or maybe correlate it to another recent bug report (Such has something to do with an add-on)
