HUD lost after grab against a Shape with the Tombstone add-on

After being grabbed from a locker by a Shape with the Tombstone add-on, I was unable to see any UI pop ups. Points, Tome progress, and Auras were still visible and I could still interact with all interactables in the game. I could not though see any of the interaction prompts or the quick time events.
I have experienced this bug in the past and have found another bug post about the same bug and upvoted it. I am making a new post because the original post was about the tombstone piece while this is the entire tombstone add-on.
Included are pictures showing what I could and could not see, as well as all the perks and add-ons involved. I was playing on Steam (PC) with mouse and keyboard if that information is relevant.
