Stuck in tree trunk after Wesker dashed into me

I ran into this location pretty much from the direction Steve is standing at and was up against the shrubbery when Wesker dashed into me. Afterwards I was completely stuck in the tree trunk here and got killed by EGC. Other survivors could interact with me (healing, using the first aid spray) and Wesker could basic attack me, but that was it.
This tile spawned right next to the shack on Mother's Dwelling, if that's of any use.
1
