'Press A to Continue' Issue

Hi,

My friend playing on Xbox 1 just downloaded the game and is running into an issue where they can press A to open the game, but when they are faced with the prompt 'Press A to Continue' in the main loading screen, it isn't working. They have closed and reopened the game multiple times. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Does anybody know how to resolve it?

[Edit: The issue has been solved, at least for now!]

    In case the issue comes back, it's the same for me on Steam sometimes. It says press Space to continue and literally every button works except for Space. So for next time, maybe try another button? Maybe you already tried that and it didn't work, then I wouldn't know a solution.
