Change perk limit to 5 for each side

With each chapter new survivors and killers joins the game, with 3 perks for each and now we have so many perks to choose for. Only 4 perks makes it no one uses the new perks unless they are OP. We have variety now with latest nerfs and changes to perks. So maybe we can use 5 perks now? Or make it like each survivor and killer has extra one perk slot for one of their OWN perks. So each survivor can felt special and different.
