PC - Match-making ban for 24+ hours for no reason

Is there ANYONE I can talk to about this? I think this is ridiculous that I have to wait 24+ hours when I did not even quit in a match. I get penalized for when the killer leaves the game, and its lead to this, and its bullshit.
Anyone know who I can contact, or how? Or games similar to DBD?
