Cannot craft flashbangs!

Since IV page came out for the current Tome (Ascension) with the blind killer challenges, I noticed I have not been able to craft flashbangs.
• Platform : Steam
• Description of the issue - inability for craft flashbangs with or without items in hand and the perk fully "loaded"
• Steps to reproduce (if possible) - Not clear on this - but I did uninstall (delete any and all folders to clean the game completely out) , reinstall, verified files, still no change
• How often does this occur: ongoing for the last 2 weeks
If more videos are needed, I can record more instances
