Killer and Surv Items should be treated the same
Killer Items and Survivor Items should be treated the same. Franklin's should work on killer items. The surv should have to put down their item to hold a Killer item.
There used to be a balancing act here, a risk/reward assessment, the surv had to calculate between their item and the killer item. It was also a way for the Killers with items to apply a little bit more pressure, eat a small bit of time or take some resources from the survivors.
It was also a fun perk interaction for Franklin's and lesser used perks like Hoarders.
Please revert this change and bring back these interactions as they add depth and uniqueness to the game. Removing this interaction flattened things out in a boring way and is also a notable survivor buff.
Thank you.

On the contrary, can we revert franklins to it's entity eats the item design now that we dont have to deal with killer items getting knocked out of hands?

I prefer the losing charges over time while on the ground. I also prefer the item staying in play as it becomes a distraction and another goal for survs to focus on, which is something that can eat time or be played around, so more interactive.
