There are a lot of issues with Larry right now, most of which stem from EMP's being far too good.
I'm considering making a post about some of my ideas on that, but I feel that the topic has been done to death.
That being said, another issue I've found with him is his rather lackluster Deviousness point gains. Even after a full game, I'm barely getting half a bar. He either needs more Score Events or he needs his existing one's buffed significantly.
