We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Made for this surprisingly had no changes from the ptb with all the discussion around the 3% haste bonus being an issue, however simply removing this and not adding something else would make the perk fall off quite hard.
I suggest replacing the haste bonus with the ability to also get endurance when unhooking someone while injured, then the perk would be very useful for getting a teammate out of a sticky spot without having to trade yourself in every single time, as a trade off for adding this I would also suggest reducing the endurance time to 6 seconds at max level so if the killer catches on they don't have to wait an eternity and it doesn't end up being a free get out of jail free card.
