Jolt makes survivors scream It does not say that in the description and never did. The only perk for Genregerssion that does that is Eruption. I have encountered this in many matches today. I dont know if it is correct or not.

    maybe the Killer has both perks and has kicked the gen before downing a survivor

    I have seen this bug as well since release, with no perks that would cause a scream. Also it only happens after the first down, and then the perk functions as normal.
