Anyone else dealing with this crashing problem?

A friend of mine claims that the game keeps crashing whenever he tries to play killer specifically, and has no issue when playing survivor.
He said that he already tried reinstalling the game, verifying files, and if i had to take his word for it, his PC should handle the game just fine.
This seems to have started after the new update.
