Add AFK crows on a locker to the tutorial

I've been watching a killer walk around a locker with AFK crows on it trying to figure out what the noise notifications mean for something like 5 to 10 minutes. It's bad enough my teammates are doing this, it's even worse that they're getting away with it because the killers have no idea what's going on. This isn't the first time it's happened (though usually the killer looks around for just a minute or so and then walks away, ignoring the notifications for the rest of the match), just the most recent. This particular survivor has fewer than 600 Bloodpoints for participating, but he's going to get over 7500 for escaping.

Not participating shouldn't be allowed, new killers should understand what crows on a locker mean, and I want the option to choose bots as teammates in public matches because these AFK-like teammates (they're not actually AFK) are worse than DCers. But I'm not joking, I've seen a lot of killers be confused about crows on a locker and that should never happen. Everything about this situation screams bad game design.
