Make EMPs give killer instinct
Currently EMPs are very powerful for Huxxy because his power is very oppressed by them and they're very common and easy to obtain. I think a fun way to help this is to make EMPs have both their powerful effect and a negative effect so that survivors have to know what they're doing with the EMP. Like with Nemesis' and Wesker's items, it could be killer instinct either picking it up or using it, and give the Singularity more information and allow them to act on the survivors using it, and it discourages picking it up at any time and using it haphazardly. Nerfing how quick it is to pick up could also be good for keeping survivors from using it in the middle of chase. If the killer instinct is applied when a survivor uses it, this will incentivize using it for as much value as possible, such as when many teammates are around.

This would be great.
I've found when playing against him, then I can do a gen while holding an EMP, right under a biopod. I see that pod light up and I get slipstreamed. I then use my EMP, so he's unable to teleport to me, then I hide around a corner, he walks over and looks for me, fails, I pick up the next EMP and return to the gen. Repeat until gen is completed.
In the time it takes for him to disengage from the biopod I just disabled and walk over, I have plenty of time to hide. This wouldn't be the case if I was revealed by killer instinct for part of that. At the very least it would narrow down my potential hiding spot.
