auric cell problems

Hello, I have a problem with my auric cells since I am missing 5 auric cells in my battle pass, I do not understand why since when I exchanged the pass for twitch prime, my auric cells saved from my previous pass, which were 1000 auric cells, I spent them in 2 survivors, so I don't understand how I'm missing 5 auric cells for the next pass, can you please help me get these 5 missing auric cells? or what can I do to get them since I can't spend 500 auric cells in steam, my name in steam is Frambu ♾
