Game crashing freezing, disconnecting mid match

Playing on PC on steam. Just gonna repost what I said in other forum. This has been happening for weeks being in matches where suddenly the game just goes straight to load screen and getting disconnect from server messages. And now since the new chapter release the game keeps freezing up in the middle of matches. My screen just freezes, and I can’t do anything. Won’t even crash and I have to alt tab out, stop the game and eat a DC penalty. 

This is happening to me on PC and my friends on console. It’s not my internet or anything either, I’ve checked. Why are there always so many bugs, glitches and server issues every time you guys release a new chapter or update?


in one match on dead dawg I’d been slugged and was crawling and trying to recover and the game just froze. Music continued in background but couldn’t move, no controls worked. Had to alt tab out and stop game and when I came back I had a DC penalty.
