Sending a Friend Request Crashes Game - Nintendo Switch

Sending a friend request to a player on another platform post-match instantly crashes the game on Nintendo Switch with the error message that "the software closed because an error has occurred".

In addition, the game is still crashing in between each and every match. You literally have to log in again after each match. Please check on your servers in the US East region. This has been going on for a month.

    Same! I don't crash after every game, but it is random. However adding friends or accepting friend requests will immeidately crash as noted above.

    It is now October and this issue is STILL happening. Please fix the damn game
