Steve jacket floating

Steve Harrington's jacket, "that's-a-no jacket", from the "this-is-not-happening" skin is always floating at the back, the bottom part of his jacket at the back has been shooting out unnaturally ALL THE TIME since it's release:
You can clearly see a gap between his torso and the jacket.
I'm on PS4 but I have seen this issue on PC and PS5 aswell.
Just equip the cosmetic to reproduce the issue, it is always apparent.
