Nemesis T-Virus Visual Bug

Issue PC:
Unsure if this was already reported but, I was playing nemesis on the new patch. After Cleansing the T-virus off of yourself as a survivor the Visual information: I.E the blue spots on the survivors models, remain instead of being removed with the actual status.
This was very hard to play around and made reliably hitting whips on survivors with the state almost impossible
