Unable to move after flashlight save on Dvarka and camera on killer the rest of the match

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Queue with friend and play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : Take protection hits in front of hook preventing another survivor from being hooked and get downed
Step 4 : Killer picks me up
Step 5: David attempts flashlight save. Maybe he got it?
Step 6: I am crouched on ground but the camera view is following the killer like I'm on shoulder but I am not visible on shoulder. There is no wiggle skill check/bar. Camera focuses on killer for remainder of match.

Killer perks: forced hesitation, jolt, lethal pursuer, fearmonger
