Why BHVR is Allowing This?
Look, slugging is needed sometimes. I know this. But this build just hurts solo survivors and does nothing against SWF.
Because SWF teams can share info with each other and they can punish killer for slugging. Even they don't see each other and auras blocked. But solo survivors?
You just have to die i think.
Knock Out is just another perk which destroy solo survivors but does nothing to SWFs.
I don't know why BHVR never care about solo survivor. Opps, my bad. They gave us HUD icons, so i can watch my teammate dies on ground but i can't save them.

Even you do that, your teammates are still not seeing your aura. So you have nothing and just pray to someone notice you. This perk is just so unhealthy for solo survivors.

Yeah I get it. Solo bad. Source of all evil in the world. I've heard it before.
If you crawl somewhere central you've got a better chance of your teammates running by you. Last time I played vs knockout it was a plague on temple of purgation. Everybody just started crawling toward the middle of the map whenever we got downed and we ended up winning. If you do it others will probably catch on. Oh yeah that was horrible no good solo queue by the way.

I think i know good enough about these perks and plays.
But this is just don't work every time. Depends on killer, map, teammates and a lot things.
And i am not asking you to what i am gonna do against this perk. I am just pointing how problematic perk it is.

I only see that perk used maybe once every 20 games. It's not that big of a deal.

I have seen this in 2 games in my over 4000 hr career (knockout). On top of that OP didn't want to be hooked anyhow with that build she brought. Not saying that was specifically the reason or that it's ok to bleed out but that is sometimes the only counter to that build. If slugging gets you bent enough to create a forum post just saying running an anti hook build is not the way to go.

That's cool. Just speaking in general. I run this build sometimes too. I expect to be slugged though when running it. It's what I would do in that situation and I'm one of those nice killers handicapping myself to give a fair enjoyable game. Would be nice if that was not the killers responsibility. If only we had....nah I'm not going to say it.
