Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match

Step 3 : Injure or down survivors while hindered as a killer other than The Singularity

Prerequisite: Must not have already gotten Complete the Evolution.

Got achievement while playing The Cenobite and hitting survivors who were chained, with perks Discordance, Deadlock, Blood Warden, and Fearmonger. Addons were Torture Pillar and Skewered Rat. Map was Garden of Joy.

    Got the same on Onryu, probably counting any killer that can cause hinder
