Op Dredge locker bug

I found out that if Dredge teleports into a locker where is survivor inside locker the game somehow bugs. When the killer puts the survivor into the hook no one can see the aura of the hook and the icon bottom left shows that the survivor is still being carried. While the survivor is on the hook survivor can see inside the locker so he cannot see himself. When someone unhooks you the survivor who was on the hook cannot repair gens, heal, vault, open exit gates, etc. This bug happened when I played custom with my friends and after two days in public match against random Dredge.
