Can't look up or down

Sometimes when I'm playing as The Singularity, I can't look vertically. It's not much of a problem since I've only experienced it at longest for a few seconds at a time, but it also has a very annoying side effect where for about 5-10 seconds after that happens, the RB option for anything won't show up. It happens to me every few matches and I've so far only experienced it while playing as The Singularity.
