Singularity Achievement Bug

[Platform: PC]

When playing Wesker, after he was unkillswitched, I hit a fully infected survivor with a normal attack, and got this achievement. Obviously, I wasn't playing the Singularity. I do not know if this works with every killer, or just Wesker.

    This is a bug with hindered in general; any source of hindered+injure will count
