Another request for Bubba's chainsaw timer to be in the middle of his screen.

It's a simple quality of life update that just makes the killer more fun and enjoyable to play with no negative impact on balance. Having the timer in the corner of the screen makes so little sense when you're using a power that demands that you focus on how you're moving and where you're going.
The rev up bar is already there in the middle of screen constantly active so assets and code are likely there waiting to be used. I don't see why an easy change can't be made to have the same bar used to represent it's charge time also tick down to represent the duration of the chainsaw charges as well as well.
