PC - Adept Singularity can fail to be granted

Example

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as Singularity using only Singularity perks, no offerings, no add-ons

Step 3 : Achieve merciless victory with no disconnects

Step 4 : Notice that you may not be granted the Adept achievement

Additional information

  • I've had Forced Hesitation, Genetic Limits and Machine Learning all on Tier 3
  • Map was Ormond
  • Score screen showed merciless victory
  • Scoreboard confirmed all killed, no disconnect
  • Online Killer Grade showed all Iridescent and more than 2 pips
  • I did get Complete the Evolution achievement in the same match
