New update gives issues

I've been playing DBD for 4 years more or less and with this update every time I'm on a match my screen freezes at some point. I tried fixing Anticheat, analizing my folders and they seem to be okay. I also given me permission to open the game and steam as administrator but I don't know what's wrong or how I can fix it. I read the minimum requirements and my computer fulfills them. I have a Lenovo intelcore 3 7020U of CPU.

Im assuming you have turned all in game settings to the lowest possible. Is the game installed on a SSD or hard drive?

Yes, it's all low. It's on hard drive

Are you using the integrated graphics on your processor? I would guess your hard drive might be holding you back
