Dwight - missing store outfit

I play on Steam.
Dwight's "Hooked on You" outfit is missing from the store. The individual cosmetics (head, torso, legs) are present in the store, but the full outfit is not. And if you select the head for example, the "available in outfit" description on the right side of the screen, as well as the preview of the full outfit are absent . People usually browse through full outfits, and if they can't see the full outfit, they are likely to miss out on the outfit completely.
