Can't access my Surivivors

I posted in the bug report channel & it was closed (not sure why) & I was told to post here so here's my issue.

I cannot access my Survivors I get a Connection Error message but I am able to play my Killers. I'm on Steam, have tried restarting my PC, Steam Client, Game & nothing has worked.
