Lobby Chat is permanently closed

I'm on PC/Steam and since the anniversary event started my lobby chat has been closed and I can't open it back up. I've verified my files, restarted and nothing helps.


Also to note: I can see, type, close and open my chat after a match is over to say anything to the killer/teammates but once I’m back to my lobby it’s still closed.

    This is also my game. Post-game, I can chat it up. Pre-game, I cannot open it.

    I've seen this happening to quite a few people, surprised it hasn't been fixed yet.

    You won't miss anything from there except when lobby is nice.
