Please remove Singularity's "anticamp" 5 second penalty / slowdown

When singularity enters his cameras within 10 meters of the hooked survivor, he gets 5 second penalty upon exiting.

This penalty is doing anything but preventing Singularity from camping/tunnelling.

It can be easily bypassed if you have malicious intent to use built-in insidious for camping.

It makes it harder to actually leave the hook right after hooking the person, as you always have to walk away for some distance before checking cameras and getting info / slipstreaming&teleporting to other survivors, because if you don't manage to TP, you're hindered badly. It's not convenient at all, because it painfully slows down your actions despite you using your ability to move on to the next target.

You are also forced to switch between cameras moving their angles, instead of quickly entering&exiting and switching to the next camera manually which doesn't screw up your angles, which is also inconvenient.

It also is rather irrelevant when there's 10x increase in time it takes to teleport/slipstream survivors within the same range of the hooked survivor, effectively removing Singularity's any camping/tunnelling potential beyond what a regular m1 killer can do.

This penalty makes it so it is more viable to check cameras while survivor is just in the dying state, leaving them slugged instead of hooked if there's a good chance to start another quick chase, which isn't the most healthy or fun playstyle to deal with.

What this penalty does is essentially making camping slightly harder and creating a lot of unnecessary inconvenience for players who just need to access the cameras after hooking & moving on.

I think this penalty should be removed / at least changed to only affect the ability to attack with M1 and not disable Singularity's terror radius if he's still within 10 meter range of the hook without affecting Singularity's switch to cameras so that he cannot benefit from his ability to hide terror radius or attack instantly, but would still allow him to access cameras without being slowed.

That kind of QoL change would make Singularity much smoother to play.
