pallet on RPD not breakable

Was playing on PC

Could not break a pallet dropped by a survivor

Saw in my game once will keep eye out for same pallet in future

    I had this same problem on survivor side. You could vault it from one side, but not the other. Changing position, sprinting etc did not change anything.

    I was not the one that dropped the pallet.

    Playing Rebecca Chambers, RPD map, perks Kindred/Empathy/Off the Record/Sprint Burst.

    You can see in the image the vault prompt is not coming up.
