Bone Clapper add-on is not working

I played a game yesterday against a Wraith that was using Bone Clapper but the bell's sound was the default one.
The other add-on he was using was the brown one that removes terror radius for a few seconds after uncloaking
EDIT: Oh yeah, I just remembered that his "cloak and uncloaking" whooshing sounds (I don't know how to explain exactly) could be heard everywhere, and I believe you can only hear it if you are near him? I'm guessing with Bone Clapper you should hear the whooshing everywhere. Another evidence that the add-on was bugged.
