Do you think any more licenses will leave DBD?

So, a few months ago or i think even a year now, the Stranger Things Chapter left DBD entierly, only leaving the characters and your bought cosmetics behind.

This was a shock from everyone, including me.

It was pretty wierd how such a popular license could just leave like that.

Now, a new announcment has been made that the AOT Cosmetics are leaving DBD too.

That begs a question in me: Could we loose any more licenses?

For Example: Perhaps a license that isn't as popular or updated?

Like Nightmare on Elms Streets for example?

Or even the Saw Chapter?

What do you think?

Licences being popular or not has very little to do with them being lost or not. ST was rumored to be lost because Netflix wanted the characters to be exclusive to a Stranger Things game they launched (or will launch in the future I'm not sure).

Ultimately all licences are under a contract and are all at risk of not being renewed. But, I'm gonna assume if we lose any licences it would be the ones that don't seem to have a good relationship with BHVR (Nightmare on Elm's Street), rather than the ones they collabed with multiple times (RE franchise, Saw & Left 4 Dead which had tomes and Ghostface that keeps getting outfits)

and I'm still hoping ST will come back haha

No license will ever permanently exist in the game as they're contracted only to exist for a specific amount of time before said contract with the license holder has to be renewed or revoked.

Any and all licensed IPs in the game have the potential to be pulled from the game if a license holder of any IP chooses not to renew their contract with bhvr for any reason whatsoever, it's nothing new since it's always been like that for licenses as that's just the nature of how they work in general.

Likewise, licenses also have the potential to return again in the future, however that doesn't mean it's guaranteed to happen and if a license does return, it very well could only be staying for the same duration as last time or even less.
