Map Specific Tile in Sanctum of Wrath not spawning the vaults.

Twice in public games the tile has spawned with only 1 window when its supposed to spawn with 3. This has happened on the Sanctum of Wrath map, however the tile does spawn in both of the Yamaoka Estates maps and may be causing issues in the other variant.
I havent been able to recreate the issue in custom games so perhaps it has already been fixed?

The 2 windows should have been placed in 2 opposite corners while the 2 other corners are empty. In gameplay, all 4 windows were empty.
