Hit Registration for cross platform, event mechanics, balancing.
Hit registration cross platform is just embarrassing. I really have no other words. If you play on console, you get hit as survivor more at places you just shouldn't. My friends and I have so many clips of insane hits. We constantly joke that we get hit by "throwing knives" or "entity particles". Check my DVR because there are plenty in there. Even as killer, it's very obvious when the survivor is on PC. I can swing when theyre half way on a pallet and hit the pallet, but in reverse, playing survivor my feet need to be planted on the other side, back completely straight or I get hit. Again, check my DVR.
Event mechanics are insane. I am surprised the play testers are in this line of work to be frank. The game has devolved into gen rush or die. Breaking pallet whiles walking? Exposing me when the killer is 2' away in blood lust 1? Who thought of these idea and who tested this and said it was ok? No one playing survivor is having fun right now.
General balancing suggestions might be better in a new forum post, but if any of these sound good maybe someone else can get it going.
1) Stop perks from being stackable for the same goal. Why is spirit fury/enduring a thing? Spirit fury/enduing/hubris??? In reverse, running prove thyself/hyper focus/stake out is also kinda nuts right now.
Full aura reading builds are popular right now, especially since lethal persuers' buff (did it need one?).
2) The balancing team can buff add-ons but can they nerf any? Why is alchemist ring an add-on? Why can blight stack movement speed add-ons? why does he have an insta down add-on at all?
3) Any ranged killer, including wesker, need to have a nerf as to when they are cancelling the range attack. I cannot count how many downs as killer or going against killers, like P head, I have seem people get by just holding the power indefinitely. If you take the vault, free hit, if you don't take it and bait, they cancel and m1, genuinely nothing has changes. When they do, maybe we should be able to walk through them (fat shaming with P head is overpowered in those scenarios) or they should be slowed significantly. Example: shack pallet is down, and Wesker vaults in through the window. If the survivors vaults the pallet, he dashes them and they get hit on the pallet. So essentially it's check mate because they didnt instantly vault the pallet when vaulted the window (because he was able to appear like he was breaking it at first by pulling the power out without using it and JUST HOLDING IT)
FTR: Wesker has other issues, mostly to do with techs he pull off like vaulting a pallet while it's being pulled down. Plenty of killers have balancing issues: skull merchant. Not sure why/how DBD makes a killer with 9 powers. The knight? Again, who is testing this? No survivor is ever having fun against this killer who makes more killers to help him double team a survivor or camp a hook for him.

So first:
Your issues with getting hit through windows and pallets is not a "console vs PC" thing, as PC players are also affected by it. All it needs is a killer with red ping. Or even a killer with over 100ms ping gets a ton of interesting hits.
2nd:
I don't see a problem in the event mechanics. You can always see how many charges the opposite side has and you can make them waste a charge pretty easily so you don't get exposed on bloodlust 1.
3rd:
1. If perks were not stackable at all then they would be less useful. And if you dedicate your complete build to a single purpose, it lacks in others.
2. Because Blight has many overperforming add-ons and because the Devs look mostly on stats and therefore they are not nerfed yet. But in this case I'm with you.
3. They already have this kind of "nerf". PyH used to be able to M1 a second after canceling his M2. But since his power is hard to use I'm fine with that. Wesker can be baited into doing vaults and I rarely see a Wesker who fakes his M2 in this case.
I don't see your problem with the shack scenario. Either he is boxed out or boxed in. And he can only vault with his power and M1 after a cooldown. And if he fakes it at pallets, you just need to look. The animations are similar but still different.
Wesker cannot vault a pallet that is just being downed. He can slide off it and use that to his advantage, but as long as the pallet is in use he will bump into it. Some survivors use this to prevent him from vaulting any pallet btw. And if timed right you can stun him quite fine.
