Duplicate 5th year crown

Is this normal or does one of them need to be the 4th year crown? there is a slight difference on the mask but it's it's not that one is Julie or one is Frank it's just some blood that is a differnce idk if this ia bug or something that was already something in the game.

there are 2 crowns for each of those Anniversary for Legion (2x Year 4, 2x Year 5), and correct, their difference is the blood (or lack of) on the mask.
