Not sure if this counts as a bug cause it might just be written incorrectly but I got the achievement, "Complete the Evolution" while playing as Wesker, I don't even own Singularity so I assume this achievement simply tracks for injures/downs on people who are hindered and doesn't actually have anything to do with the Singularity even though it says, "In public matches, with The Singularity, injure or down 3 Survivors who are Hindered."
