PC - Not dying after end game countdown

(I wasn't the one the bug occurred for, but I was in the game with them)
It seems to happen whenever the killer downs the person whose about to die from the endgame collapse just as it happens. When it happens, the game says the survivor is downed and not dying form the collapse. The killer is then forced to wait for the survivor to bleed out before being able to end the game.
