Trapped in Event Pallet
It is possible to trap a killer in an event pallet that you spawn from an invitation. I had a survivor who would only stay near possible pallet spawns, AKA [laces where a pallet could spawn but did not, and after I hit her she spawned a pallet during my attack cooldown. I was currently at the position where the pallet will have spawned, and my attack recovery kept me from moving quickly before she spawned the pallet. I was then trapped in the pallet and could not move unless they threw down the pallet (I assume that would fix it), which they chose not to.
It happened to me first on Ironworks of Misery, while playing as Demogorgon, on PC playing against all Crossplay survivors. It doesn't seem easy to replicate as you need to be hugging the wall the pallet spawns on quite tight, but was entirely game breaking when it did happen.
