(XBOX ONE DISC) - Lobby and Load In Screen Mixed

When ejecting the DBD disc mid game an error occurs where the lobby screen and the load in screen are combined. Attempting to select a lobby option presents the error "Party Creation Failed".
The only way to solve this bug is to reboot the game.
