Nurse agitation and Spasmodic breath

issue: nurse gains way too much movespeed if the add-on is active (4.6m/s speed after hitting a survivor) and the killer starts carrying with agitation.
reproduce: use agitation perk with Spasmodic breath add-on. 1. hit survivor with blink. 2. pick up a survivor 3. zoom around at high speeds.
occured to me when i was playing survivor, honestly it was fun playing against it, but people just don't expect a bug.
